yesterday, quick 2 laps on the TOUR of CA individual Time Trial course (happens to be in Solvang), then a snappy 6 hour drive north, dropping Nathan Miller near Sacramento, and then on to Santa Rosa.
today rode 2+ hours, working on some sprint technique with teammate Chad Hartely. . .
and little nap, and to the Sonoma County Library (free Internet) . . coming down from the high. . ...the hot bed of American cycling solvang everybody who's anybody coffee shop riding racing eating sleeping wind tunnel etc week/camp.
now i'm back to the monkish ways that is 97% of the calender year.
Garcia and Mckissick arrive in a week to get a few days extra before we start Tour of CA prep/camp on the 8th of Feb. .. that'll be good. we might hook up a little with Levi, but, probably not; it would be in the best interest of everyone to stay clear of the "i want to impress Levi rides" which is misnomer anyway. it's like trying to impress superman with your flying capabilities. i should be a good week alone.
