2 hours of tempo riding, then we visited the Reading course again, a few in-team attacks going on up climbs to open up the lungs and the legs. i'm feeling better. i could hold the power better today than i could in days past. so, what ever that means for actual race is yet to be determined, but it means immediate good things for my 'head'. Everybody is looking good, Jxn, Moninger, Sayers is always strong-that guy was ready to race in the whomb; Vitoria is on the rise; it could be a good course for Jake, and Hartley and Hanson have been riding strong. hopefully there will be a lot of red jerseys on the front near the finish tomorrow.
