4

second chance to win. ..
0 for 2.
i must be getting high expectations,
and my director too.
b/c it almost seemed like for my name's
sake
it would have been better
if i wasn't there to contend at all.
could of should of.
but we know that's not true.
http://www.cyclingnews.com/photos.php?id=/photos/2007/jul07/toona07/toona074/mz_07toona4_21
on the second lap a few of us finally got away.
there was no HN, no Navs, no Toyota..
and they let us go.
those teams sometimes seem
to be not so much racing to win,
rather, to make sure the others don't.
this was one of those few chances to take
advantage of those rivalries.
no trabajo.
today, stage 5, flat stage, technical finish,
we ride for Schmatz.
he could win, and win straight up,
different than for some of us,
whose chance comes
only once in blue moon.

Sluffbugger,

Just got the address of this site from your mum. Looking forward to catching up with all your adventures, learning the cycling language, and cheering you on. If you happen to find yourself in Shanghai, China in the next few months we will have to hook up.
