race day 27

tuesday night twilight crit.
15 min from my door, down the bike path,
through the laguna de santa rosa, to corporate drive business park. .

a smooth course with 6 turns, no brakes needed.
and 35 min of pain. .
you have to start the attacking early,
b/c anyone can fake it for 30 min ..

super fun.
the guys from West County Revolution,
Norcal bike shop,
Swifties,
local master powerhouse riders,
and
EVEN A ROCK RACING DUDE!!!

the goal:
make it hard on anyone with fast twitch muscles, ie. sprinters,
get a good work out,
go home with either:
a rustic loaf prem'
or a bottle of wine
or both,
and/or a podium finish to win back a majority or your 13 dollar race entry fee.
