Got outside!

.. the Boulder area roads dried up a bit, and the temps "soared" into the 40s.. .
I felt super good today .. the way I felt on some of my best days last season. . . I did repeat intervals up and down Left Hand Canyon, the last one up and over the backside of Lee Hill. .. .I didn't see one other bloke out there on his bike . .. not to mention: one other bloke doing an hour's worth of intervals up and down the canyon. . .that's a good sign. .. the sucker punch at The Tour of CA might actually work . . .. but that remains to be seen (on the "VS." cable TV station, Feb 18th)(to be precise) !
now up to the cabin for a little rest with ma' and pa'.
