tried to stay on the wheel today, on the repeat climbs, 1:40min just in intervals ..
but couldn't cut the mustard.
need some rest.
tomorrow a.m. I'll be an uncle of twiners!
Jane and Trev go to the hosp first thing. . . "c-section""sea section," cesarian secection ?

and Dad is recovering well. .. slowing but shirely.
It wasn't looking good there for a while, but the Nydams are coming back on strong now. . . !
